Welcome to Jangout. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Overview
Jangout is a social network allowing users to post, chat, sell/buy, host podcasts, create events, and use the "Jangueo" discovery feature.
2.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Respect other users.
- Follow applicable laws.
- You are responsible for your content and interactions.
3.
Selling & Commission Policy
- Users may sell products or services on the platform.
- Jangout may retain up to 30% of transaction profits as a platform commission.
- Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
Monthly Platform Fee: Once a seller reaches $100 USD in net sales within a calendar month, Jangout will charge a $10 USD monthly platform fee for continued access to seller features. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller's balance.
4.
Content Policy
- Prohibited content includes illegal, offensive, or fraudulent material.
- Jangout may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5.
Event & Service Listings
- Users can post events or services on the platform.
- Hosts are responsible for participant safety and legal compliance.
6.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe). Jangout does not store payment card information directly.
7.
Termination
Jangout may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms or misuse of the platform, at our sole discretion.
8.
Limitation of Liability
- Jangout is not liable for user-generated content, transactions, or external links.
- Use the platform at your own risk.
9.
Changes to Terms
- Terms may be updated periodically.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
